These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pakorn.in.th content-publishing tool
(“the Service”), operated by ads-now.com. By connecting your account and using the Service, you
agree to these Terms. / ข้อกำหนดนี้ควบคุมการใช้งานเครื่องมือเผยแพร่คอนเทนต์ของ Pakorn.in.th
การเชื่อมบัญชีและใช้บริการถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้

1. The Service / บริการ

The Service lets an authorized operator create images and captions and publish them to a
connected TikTok profile through TikTok’s official Content Posting API. / บริการช่วยสร้างรูปและ
ข้อความ แล้วเผยแพร่ขึ้นโปรไฟล์ TikTok ที่เชื่อมไว้ ผ่าน API ทางการของ TikTok

2. Your responsibilities / ความรับผิดชอบของคุณ

  • You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to use it. / คุณ
    รับผิดชอบเนื้อหาที่เผยแพร่และสิทธิ์ในการใช้งาน
  • You will comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all applicable
    laws. / คุณจะปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและกติกาชุมชนของ TikTok และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • You will not use the Service to post spam, misleading, illegal, or infringing content. / คุณ
    จะไม่ใช้บริการเพื่อโพสต์สแปม เนื้อหาหลอกลวง ผิดกฎหมาย หรือละเมิดสิทธิ์

3. Authorization / การมอบอำนาจ

You grant the Service permission to publish content on your behalf only for as long as your
TikTok account remains connected. You may revoke this at any time in your TikTok settings. / คุณ
อนุญาตให้บริการเผยแพร่แทนคุณตราบเท่าที่ยังเชื่อมบัญชีอยู่ และยกเลิกได้ทุกเมื่อ

4. Availability & no warranty / การให้บริการและข้อจำกัด

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for outages, TikTok API
changes, or content that TikTok rejects or removes. / บริการให้ตามสภาพ ไม่มีการรับประกัน เราไม่
รับผิดชอบต่อการหยุดทำงาน การเปลี่ยนแปลงของ TikTok API หรือเนื้อหาที่ TikTok ปฏิเสธ/ลบ

5. Termination / การยุติ

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend access
if the Terms are violated. / คุณเลิกใช้และยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อได้ทุกเมื่อ เราอาจระงับการเข้าถึง

6. Changes / การเปลี่ยนแปลง

We may update these Terms and will post changes on this page with a new date. / เราอาจปรับปรุง
